Children’s Residential Support Worker – Stoke-on-Trent and Surrounding Areas
£12.71 – £14.00 per hourTalent Crest Staffing is recruiting passionate and dedicated Children’s Residential Support Workers to support children and young people in residential and supported living settings across Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas.
You will be working with children and young people who present with emotional and behavioural difficulties, helping to create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where they can grow, develop, and achieve positive outcomes.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay: £12.55 – £14.00 per hour
Full day shifts with sleep-ins available (block bookings available)
Waking night shifts available
Flexible shift patterns to suit your availability
Earn over £250.00 for one full day shift with a sleep-in
Ongoing support from a dedicated team

Children’s Waking Night Support Worker – Birmingham and Surrounding Areas
Talent Crest Staffing is currently recruiting Children’s Waking Night Support Workers to support children and young people within residential homes and supported living services across Birmingham and surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for experienced support workers looking for flexible agency shifts, permanent roles, or weekend-only work within children’s residential care.
Shift Patterns:
20:00 – 08:00
22:00 – 08:00
Role Responsibilities:
Supporting children and young people throughout waking night shifts
Maintaining a safe, calm, and supportive environment overnight
Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs where required
Completing accurate records and handovers for the day team
Working closely with staff to ensure consistency of care
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year UK experience working with Children & Young People
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Willing to complete a DBS check (DBS on the Update Service accepted)
Caring, reliable, and professional approach

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play an important role in the daily running of the home, supporting children and young people while also providing guidance and leadership to the wider care team. Supporting the day-to-day care of children and young people within the home
